At KSU, we use the umbrella term “community engagement” to encapsulate the various ways in which we connect with the community. This includes any significant connection between our students, faculty, staff, alumni and retirees with the larger community through engaged teaching and learning, volunteering, outreach, community service or other means.

    UNA Features KSU Community Impact Challenge

    Community Impact Challenge 2018 was designed to provide undergraduate students an opportunity to positively impact complex social issues while increasing their leadership capacity.

    On April 21, 2018, students from Kennesaw State University, Gordon State College, and Georgia Southern University presented some innovative solutions to social injustices, supporting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, on a local level.
